Sharon Leone Reeves November 27, 1942 – December 8, 2020 Sharon Leone Reeves went to be with the Lord on December 8, 2020 at 8:20 p.m. Sharon was born on November 27, 1942 in Council Bluffs, IA to Burton and Helen (Webster) Loveless. As a child, Sharon lived in Council Bluffs, where she met Jim (James Reeves Jr.) She and Jim got married in 1965; they later moved to Des Moines and had their daughter, Jayme Lyn, in 1975. A year later they moved to Boone, where they lived for the rest of their lives. Sharon worked as a seamstress before becoming a Registered Nurse. Sharon worked in the Woodward, Boone, and Ogden areas for the last 35 years of her life, before retiring in 2018. Because of her dedication to nursing, she chose and was able to be the primary caregiver to Jim for the last 50 years of his life. Sharon would spend her time talking about refurnishing with her daughter. She also loved to play Hymns on the piano and sing for her grandchildren. She loved to attend church services and sew costumes for the church plays. She is survived by her daughter, Jayme Farris of Ogden; grandchildren: Isaiah, Thacker (Sabrina), Alyvia (Caleb), McCain, Aleksandr, Madalyn, Parkar (Jarris), Brynn, Brylee, Luke, and Malea all of the Boone and Ogden area. 6 great-grandchildren: Bree, Castle, Wade, Phoenix, Atlas, and Rogue; her mother, Helen Loveless; her sister, April Sullivan; two brothers: Butch Loveless, and John Loveless; her sister-in-law and best friend Bette Reeves, as well as several nieces and nephews. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband Jim Reeves; her father, Burton Loveless; her brother, Steve Loveless; her father-in-law, James Reeves Sr.; a grandchild, Landon, and two great-grandchildren: Silas and Sora. Sharon’s wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date due to Covid-19.
